OUR VALUES:
Work ethic is one of our distinctive characteristics and is founded on simple but essential principles:
- Transparency: We like to develop longstanding relationships with our clients and colleagues and we believe that open, transparent conduct is the first and fundamental step for building a solid professional relationship.
- Reactivity and timeliness: we hold firmly to these principles, we are committed to meeting timely our clients’ needs, and we handle prompt replies on urgent issues.
- Pragmatism and entrepreneurship: we always double-check solutions we propose, from a business perspective, as well as from a legal point of view, to evaluate feasibility and effectiveness. We have never cared for ideological solutions that might work in theory but are not efficient for the case at stake. We prefer to work on a case-by-case basis and find solutions that meet the client’s expectations, saving time and money without affecting their effectiveness and legal feasibility.
- Transparency in communications: the legal sector requires specific terminology, and we always work to use it accurately. At the same time, we apply the utmost care in being as clear as possible in correctly representing the legal implications of the issues we are addressing to ensure clients have sufficient understanding of the legal issues at stake, and are in a position to take considered decisions.

HOW WE WORK:
We always ensure that the client has direct contact with the firm’s partners and we offer direct assistance and regular updates.
We explain our billing criteria clearly and we are flexible in planning the best solutions to our clients’ needs, seeking the perfect balance between services and cost-effectiveness, without ever sacrificing our standards of quality.
We believe in efficient teamwork because it allows us to better satisfy our clients’ interests within estimated timeframes.
The human value factor is fundamental for us and we strive to make every member of our team feel that they are part of it. We place each team member to ensure they are able to offer their best to colleagues and clients.
